What qualities of silk do you use?
We exclusively utilize Grade A Silk, which is the highest grade of silk known for its durability.
This top-grade silk can be unraveled without the silk floss breaking. Each silk floss can stretch up to a mile in length.
To ensure both quality and cost-effectiveness, we primarily use 6A grade silk fabric.
Are the dyes you use non-toxic?
All our silk fabric and dyeing materials have undergone rigorous testing by SGS and Intertek.
These tests confirm that they are completely non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and pose no harm to the skin or overall health.
Rest assured, our products are also safe for children.
What is the tariff amount?
Tariff rates varies depending on the countries, fabrics, and specific products, making it difficult to provide an exact figure.
Generally, the express service will assist you with customs clearance, and you will only need to pay the tariff to the express company when they contact you.
What is your lead time?

5. Order Tracking

6. Shipping Costs
For customers purchasing items at longquechsilk.cn, a flat shipping fee of $20 per order applies when the order total is less than $99. For orders totaling $99 or more, we offer free shipping.
7. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately. We will not charge additional handling fees and provide a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
Transit Days: The Transit Day is the time it takes the carrier to deliver a product to a customer. Actual delivery dates may vary due to various factors such as shipping delays, weather conditions, etc.Generally, the order of small quantity lead time is 15-20 days, bulk production time is based on quantity, normally 25-30 days based on available patterns.

How should I wash and care for silk products?
1. Do not wash with machines. Silk fabrics are recommended to be dry-cleaned at a professional dry cleaner. Water temperature should not exceed 30 degrees Celsius.
2. Silk has low colorfastness. Wash light and dark color cloting separately to prevent color from bleeding or transferring. Do not wash with other garments.
3. Do not bleach. Do not use 84 disinfectant.
4. Please use special silk laundry products. Do not use strong acid or alkaline detergents such as laundry powder or soap, or other stain removers.
5. Do not wring or twist to remove water after washing. Gently shake it out, turn it inside out, and hang it to dry in a well-ventilated, cool place.
6. Silk is delicate. Avoid scratching to prevent snagging or pulling threads.
7. Do not soak for a long time, do not rub vigorously, and the washing time should not exceed 3 minutes.
8. When storing, do not place it with mothballs to prevent discoloration.
9. When you are ironing, the maximum temperature of the iron soleplate should not exceed 110 degrees Celsius.

What is Momme in silk fabric?
Momme(mm) is a unit traditionally used to measure the quality of silk fabrics.
Momme indicates the weight in grams per square meter.
One Momme ≈ 4.3056 grams per square meter. 8 mommes is approximately 1 ounce per square yard or 35 grams per square meter.
Different Mommes result in different characteristics:
Density and Opacity: Fabrics with higher momme counts have a denser weave and are more opaque.
Wrinkle Resistance and Feel: Fabrics with higher Momme counts (e.g., 19-30 mm) are thicker, more wrinkle-resistant, and have a smoother feel, making them more suitable for bedding; fabrics with lower momme counts (e.g., 8-12 mm) are lighter and more breathable, suitable for slips, scarves, or summer clothing.
Price: A higher Momme count usually means more silk is required, resulting in higher costs and a higher price.
Uses corresponding to different Momme weights:
8-12 Momme: Lightweight, suitable for scarves and shirts.
16-19 Momme: Medium thickness, commonly used for pajamas and linings.
25-30 Momme: Heavyweight, suitable for high-end bedding and pillowcases.
30 Momme and above: Heavyweight, suitable for high-end fabric for outerwear.
What should I do if my package is damaged during transit?
1. When you receive the parcel, first of all, please check if the package is damaged. If the package is OK, then you are supposed to check whether the products are in good condition. If there are any problems mentioned above, please refuse to sign for the parcel and contact our teams in time.
2. If you meet the condition that the parcel must be signed before it can be checked. Please sign for and open the parcel in front of the courier. After checking, if there is no problem then you can give the receipt to the courier. If there are any problems, please give feedback to the courier and contact our teams immediately.
