These Terms of Service govern your use of longquechsilk.cn and purchases made through the online store. They identify the seller, explain how orders are accepted and fulfilled, and incorporate the Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. Please read them before placing an order.

1 Seller and Website Operator

The website at longquechsilk.cn and the China Silk · Longque online store are operated by Suzhou LONGQUE Silk Co., Ltd. (苏州隆鹊丝绸有限公司), referred to in these Terms as Longque, we, us, or our. For retail orders placed through the Website, Suzhou LONGQUE Silk Co., Ltd. is the seller unless a separate written agreement provided before payment expressly identifies another seller.

2 Acceptance of These Terms

By visiting the Website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the online services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or place an order. If you use the Website for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least the age of legal majority where you live, or use the Website with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms.

3 Other Policies and Order of Precedence

Our Shipping Policy governs shipping destinations, processing, delivery estimates, charges, tracking, customs, delays, and delivery claims.

Our Refund Policy governs return eligibility, exchanges, return costs, inspections, and refunds.

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.

If these Terms conflict with one of those policies, the policy dealing specifically with that subject controls. A product page controls product-specific specifications, size, composition, price, production status, and any clearly disclosed final-sale condition. A promotional banner or short summary does not override the detailed policy. Mandatory law always controls where it cannot be changed by contract.

Wholesale, business-to-business, bulk, and separately quoted custom orders may be governed by a written quotation, order confirmation, or separate agreement provided before payment. That document controls only to the extent it expressly differs from these Terms.

4 Accounts and Customer Information

You may be able to shop as a guest or use a customer account. You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate account, billing, delivery, telephone, and email information. You must keep account credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

We may use the contact information associated with an order to send transaction, payment, shipping, security, return, or customer service messages. Marketing communications are handled under the Privacy Policy and your communication choices.

5 Products and Product Information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Product pages may include information about fiber composition, weave, dimensions, momme, width, quantity unit, color, pattern, care, production status, and intended use. Please review the complete product page and selected variant before ordering.

Silk and traditionally finished textiles can have normal variations in color, weave, texture, sheen, pattern placement, and hand feel. Screen settings, lighting, dye lots, and the natural characteristics of the material can also affect appearance. These normal variations are not defects when the product otherwise conforms to its description.

Measurements are approximate unless a product page states otherwise. Customers should review garment measurements rather than relying only on a general size label. If a material or product detail is important to your purchase, contact us before ordering.

6 Cut Fabric Custom and Made to Order Products

Some fabrics are sold by length. The quantity selector may represent a unit such as 10 centimeters, and multiple units may be cut as one continuous length where stock and production conditions allow. The applicable unit and width are stated on the product page.

Fabric cut to the customer's selected length, customized products, personalized products, and products made or altered to the customer's specifications are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, materially different from its description, or applicable law provides a non-waivable right. This condition must be disclosed on the product page before purchase.

Made-to-order, customized, and production items do not use the standard processing time for ready-to-ship products. The production estimate disclosed on the product page, in a quotation, or in an order confirmation applies.

7 Availability and Purchase Limits

Products and variants may be limited in quantity or unavailable. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. We may apply reasonable quantity limits, refuse orders placed for resale when the Website is intended for retail customers, or cancel an order before acceptance if stock is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, delivery is unavailable, or the order appears fraudulent or unlawful. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method.

8 Prices Currency Taxes and Duties

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the Website or shown at checkout. If a local currency display is an estimate, the final charge currency and amount are shown before payment. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or fee.

Product prices, discounts, shipping charges, and taxes are confirmed before payment. We may change prices or promotions before an order is accepted, but a later price change does not affect an accepted order. Promotions cannot be combined unless their terms say otherwise.

For international orders, destination-country customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other government-imposed fees are the recipient's responsibility unless checkout expressly states that a particular charge is included. Additional information appears in the Shipping Policy.

9 Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. An automatic order acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. The contract is formed when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation, or when we dispatch the order, whichever occurs first.

We may contact you to verify information or request clarification. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or description error, payment failure, suspected fraud, sanctions or export restrictions, an unsupported delivery address, or a legal requirement. If payment has been collected, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

10 Payment

You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout. Payment is subject to authorization, fraud screening, and the provider's terms. We do not generally receive or store complete payment card numbers or security codes; those details are processed by the applicable payment provider.

You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. If a payment is reversed, disputed, or found to be unauthorized, we may suspend fulfillment, cancel the affected order, or take other lawful steps to recover amounts properly due.

11 Shipping Delivery and Tracking

Shipping destinations, the order cutoff, processing times, transit estimates, shipping charges, the free shipping condition, carriers, tracking, address corrections, customs charges, delays, and lost or damaged parcels are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a date in writing. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. After dispatch, an address change may be unavailable or subject to carrier charges.

If a parcel is delayed, missing, marked delivered but not located, damaged, or contains an incorrect item, follow the notice and evidence steps in the Shipping Policy. Accepting or signing for a parcel does not by itself waive a mandatory consumer right.

12 Order Cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. We may cancel a ready-to-ship order without a handling fee if it has not shipped. A customized, made-to-order, altered, or cut-to-length order may no longer be cancellable after production or cutting begins. After dispatch, the Refund Policy applies. Mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

13 Returns Exchanges and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. Eligible standard products, including qualifying fixed, pre-cut fabric packages, may be returned or exchanged when a request is made within 14 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind exclusions apply to fabric cut to the customer's selected length, customized or personalized products as described in the Refund Policy, and clearance products clearly identified as final sale before purchase. These exclusions do not affect remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, materially misdescribed, or materially short-in-quantity goods or any mandatory consumer rights.

Do not send a return to the general business address without authorization. Contact service@longquesilk.com, wait for return instructions and the correct return address, and follow the required packaging and tracking steps. Customer-remorse return costs are paid by the customer. For a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide the remedy and approved shipping-cost treatment stated in the Refund Policy and required by applicable law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for the payment provider or bank to post the refund is outside our control.

14 Reviews and Other Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, message, or other content for public display, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it and that it does not infringe another person's rights, disclose confidential information, mislead customers, or contain unlawful, abusive, or malicious material.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, translate, publish, display, and distribute that content only for operating, promoting, and improving our business and products, subject to applicable privacy law. You may contact us to request removal. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, but we do not promise to review every submission before publication.

15 Intellectual Property

The Website and its text, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, logos, designs, videos, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Without written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, scrape, systematically extract, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Website content, except where applicable law permits the activity and does not allow it to be restricted by contract.

16 Acceptable Use

You must not use the Website to:

· violate a law, regulation, sanctions rule, export restriction, or another person's rights

· submit false order, identity, payment, delivery, review, or account information

· introduce malware, interfere with security, test vulnerabilities without authorization, or disrupt the Website

· collect personal information about others without a lawful basis

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the Website, our rights, or compliance with law.

The Website may use or link to services provided by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, social media platforms, review providers, analytics providers, and other third parties. A link or integration does not make us responsible for a third party's independent content, security, availability, or practices. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.

18 Privacy Cookies and Communications

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookie and advertising choices may also be available through the cookie banner and Your Privacy Choices page.

Strictly necessary technologies may operate to provide the Website, checkout, security, account, and privacy-choice functions. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, we will request consent.

19 Errors and Website Changes

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product information, pricing, promotions, availability, or other Website content. Before accepting an affected order, we may correct the information or cancel the order. If an error materially affects an accepted order, we will contact you and provide any confirmation, cancellation, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue Website features. This does not remove obligations for orders already accepted or rights that customers have under applicable law.

20 Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide the Website using reasonable care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website may be unavailable or contain errors, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. This Website disclaimer does not change our obligation to supply paid products as described or any express warranty, statutory guarantee, or mandatory consumer right that applies to an order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, guarantee, condition, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

21 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total liability arising from a product order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product and its standard shipping charge.

No limitation applies to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of confidentiality or intellectual property obligations, or any liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available.

22 Indemnity for Business Misuse

If you use the Website for business purposes, you will indemnify us against a third-party claim to the extent caused by your unlawful use of the Website, infringement of that third party's rights, fraudulent conduct, or material breach of these Terms. This section does not apply to ordinary consumer use and does not require indemnity for our own breach, negligence, or unlawful conduct.

23 Events Outside Reasonable Control

Neither party is responsible for a delay or failure caused by an event outside its reasonable control, including a natural disaster, severe weather, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, government action, customs disruption, labor disruption, carrier interruption, utility failure, or major network failure. The affected party must take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and resume performance. This section does not remove any refund, cancellation, delivery, or consumer right that applicable law requires.

24 Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Website at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account or access when reasonably necessary because of fraud, misuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, or a material breach of these Terms. Termination does not affect rights, payment obligations, accepted orders, returns, refunds, intellectual property rights, or provisions intended to continue after termination.

25 Governing Law and Disputes

Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms and retail contracts with Suzhou LONGQUE Silk Co., Ltd. are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without applying conflict-of-law rules, except that a consumer retains any mandatory protection provided by the law of the country, state, or region where the consumer lives.

Where the law permits, courts with jurisdiction in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not prevent a consumer from bringing a claim in another court or forum when mandatory law allows or requires it.

26 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Website, products, business practices, service providers, or legal requirements. The revised Terms apply from the Last updated date shown at the top. The Terms in effect when an order is accepted continue to govern that order unless applicable law or an agreed change requires otherwise. If a change materially affects existing rights, we will provide any notice required by law.

27 General Terms

If a court or other competent authority finds part of these Terms unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent, except where law permits. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the business, provided that doing so does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

These Terms, the policies incorporated above, the applicable product page, and any order-specific written terms form the agreement for your use of the Website and purchase. They do not create rights for a third party unless applicable law states otherwise.
