We hope you love your purchase. Each scarf and shawl is crafted with care using premium silk and traditional techniques. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and exchange policy below.

 

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, uncut with all original tags

attached. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, cut, washed,

or altered.Once the non-returnable tag is removed, we cannot guarantee that your item(s)

can be returned or exchanged normally.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

①Items on clearance, 

②Cut Fabrics,

③Customized items.

 

4. Return Shipping & Duties

Customer-Initiated Returns

International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees incurred during return are non-refundable

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have obtained an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please email our customer

service team with attached clear photographs of the item in question so that we can verify

the problem.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification

 

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time: 7–14 business days after inspection

Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

 

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for color or style, subject to availability.

Price differences may apply

Our standard procedure is to handle refunds and exchanges only after obtaining

confirmation from our warehouse facility upon their receipt and verification of any

returned merchandise.

After this confirmation, any items needing exchange will be processed within 3-4 business

days and shipped via our standard shipping method.

 

7. International Customs Notice

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.

These charges are not controlled by us and are the responsibility of the customers.
